Our Story
Coef was founded on a simple observation: too many building projects treat thermal modelling as a compliance afterthought, when it should be a design tool from day one. Our mission is to elevate building physics from a checkbox exercise to a core driver of architectural excellence and sustainable performance.
We work alongside architects, developers, assessors, and manufacturers to deliver building physics insights that are technically rigorous yet practically useful. No impenetrable reports. Just clear, evidence-based analysis that informs better design decisions and ultimately creates superior buildings.
